he cuisine, simple and natural, uses as much as possible local products, but, above all, our small organic garden, of which we are very proud, and the large and varied orchard.
Expert chefs will delight members with traditional Venetian dishes, such as: Radici e Fasioi, Risi e Tochi, Trippa , Baccalà, Sopa Coada, Selvaggina, spiedo …, or fish dishes if ordered on time. The chefs will be happy, however, to try their hand at the culinary proposals of the members.
